Attention:
1. The dough mixer is equipped with an American standard plug. Please connect the plug to the 110V power socket with reliable grounding to avoid the accident.
2. Please close the protective cover in place during operation, otherwise the machine will not work.
3. Do not touch the running parts during operation. Do not put the hands into the machine during operation.

Operation Method：
1. Unpack the machine and check whether the machine is damaged.
2. Place the machine on the flat ground stably and firmly.
3. Clean the mixing barrel and the mixing rod, add the appropriate quantities of flour, water and additives to the mixing barrel, and close the protective cover in place.
4. Connect the power plug to the 110V power socket, turn the E-stop switch in the direction of arrow, press the time key to set the mixing time at the fast/slow speed and in the automatic mode, choose the fast speed or the slow speed for mixing, and the mixer starts to work.
5. After the mixing time is up, the mixer automatically stops running. Press the reverse key continuously, the machine can rotate reversely. Release the reverse key, the machine stops running. Open the protective cover and take the dough out of the mixing barrel.
