Through a twist of fate, he now finds himself the newest "concierge doctor" in the Hamptons. Providing round-the-clock house calls to the community's rich and famous might be lucrative, but it's not without its challenges and frustrations.

Hank, Evan, Jill, and Divya attend a retirement party ... for a 27 year-old. The retiree, Tess, a ballerina, is thrilled when Evan expands her culinary horizons by feeding her hot dogs, Slurpees, and other foods she's had to give up to maintain her dancer's physique, but loses consciousness after a few of these junk-food laden meals. Hank discovers she may have a potentially fatal heart condition. Meanwhile, Hank also cares for Jim, a fisherman with Hepatitis C, pro bono.

Hank gives Kendrick a clean bill of health, but soon Kendrick's vision mysteriously goes blurry, his speech becomes slurred, and he loses consciousness -- and he eventually slips into respiratory arrest.
