Makes making bone broth SO much easier, just pull the bones out when you're done, pack them up for another batch or throw them away without spending 15 minutes with tongs picking out the bitty pieces. Fill it with eggs for deviled eggs or egg salad. Boil, pull them all out at once, dunk in ice water; no tongs needed. Put your pasta in it and lower it into the water, then just pull it out. Easy as pie. Fill it with your summer produce and parboil without effort, Then just dunk it in the ice water. This is what I wanted it for, and it was so easy. Putting up our garden veggies will be so much easier this year. I'm in love with this basket! Get one, you won't be disappointed.
