I just got into makeup last year and needed to get myself an organizer. I saw this bag and went back and forth on whether I wanted it because there is no picture of it open. I had to google what this style of bag looked open and I was pleasantly surprised! It was just. What I wanted for all my essentials. From blush, foundation, brushes I can fit it all. Not to mention how nice the bag looks on the inside and out. There's also a pocket with a zipper. I love this. Thank you

The description says this is a makeup bag and crossbody purse. I'm using mine as a large makeup bag. It opens up into a tray shape that really makes quickly finding your makeup easy! I didn't like the middle inner floating pocket so I carefully removed mine. I decided not to use it as a crossbody purse because it's hard to get into it to get your wallet without unzipping the whole thing and then it might take a long time to completely zip it back up after a purchase at the store. The product description was kind of lacking. So here's some info: -It measures 10" Long x 7" Wide x 4" Tall -Inner floating pocket is 8.5" x 3.25" -Has three other inner small pockets along the sides. -The purse is black with a nice realistic leather texture. The stitching is perfect and the bag seems sturdy and high quality. -The inside is an orangish brown soft smooth leather feeling material. -Has Gold hardware that seems mostly metal, not plastic. -Comes in a nice dust bag. -The strap seems nice and sturdy with a kind of triangle design / texture. This bag was much higher quality than I expected! The only downside I can see is that it is not a regular rectangular purse. Oh and I had a little problem with the zipper being a little wonky on one side. I just have to be a little patient zipping and unzipping it on that side. It'll work itself out with time and use.
