I got this bag for running so I'd have a place to carry my phone, keys and other small items. I'm currently starting to train for a marathon and it works very well for my current runs. I prefer having it on my upper hip which is about 38-39” for reference. I like the elastic band and that's it's easy to adjust. It feels secure and comfortable. I will say that it does fit my phone well, but it is a little cumbersome if you are constantly trying to take it in and out. I find it most comfortable to use the phone pouch over my lower back. I like that the key pouch has a small clip to attach to and give a little extra feeling of security. The quality and construction of the bag is good and the material feels very nice too. Shipping was very fast and the item arrived without any issues.

Got this for my daughter to wear during cross country practice and meets, and it's honestly been a game changer. She needs her phone AND her inhaler on her at all times, and this belt has 3 separate pockets so nothing gets crushed or tangled together, phone in one, inhaler in another, keys/chapstick/whatever teen essentials in the third. The waistband is adjustable so it actually stays put through sprints and doesn't bounce around, which was my biggest worry going in (we've tried other running belts that ride up or slide down mid-run not this one). The fabric breathes really well too, which matters a lot when it's 105 degrees at an August meet. For any cross country or track mom dealing with the “where do I put my kid's inhaler” problem this solved it for us.
