Happy Helpers Menstruation Crustacean Lobster, Microwavable Heating Pad for Period Cramps

I suffer from horrible cramps and this definitely helped alleviate the pain. My little one has even used it to cuddle up with :) 10/10 recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have PCOS so I do often have strong menstrual pain and hormonal moods when I get my period, especially when I have heavy flow. Life doesn't stop when your period starts, so self care is key to getting through it. The Menstruation Crustacean is so cute and the love in its eyes is saying “I'm here to help!” Pop them in the microwave according to the on tag instructions (so helpful for future use) and apply. The heat, weight and lavender smell really sooth the muscle soreness and lift your spirits. I heated for 90 seconds and felt it was very warm (but not too hot to be uncomfortable) for about 15 minutes, but still warm at the 30 minute mark. It's soft to cuddle while lounging or even at your desk if you have pain at work. So, obviously this Menstruation Crustacean is marketed for period pain but it could help soothe other abdominal pain or injury. My 3 year old loves it and is always carrying it around the house. I had a previous product like this that was filled with rice, but my dog was always after it, he shows no interest in this one. Would make an excellent gift for any woman in your life, especially a teen or someone suffering with menstrual pain or surgery.
