best lock i've had

i bought another one of these and it works great. best thing you can have for a door entry system..no keys. it is replacing one that i had on there for almost 20 years, that's right 20 years and it finally went bad...oh well i deff got my money worth. if this one last 20 years i'll be dead probably before it goes bad

Works perfectly

I bought 2 of these for 2 properties i own and found them easy to fit and operate.. Let's people come and go without the worry of losing keys. Battery lasts a long time, too.

The most important mecanical security device fails

I purchased this model lock about 3 years ago. Here is how it is failing: 1) The printing on the keyoad is onthe outside of the pad and is rubbing off rendering the keys unreadable. 2) Even with fresh batteries , bolt dies not fully retract now leaving us frustrated and unable to enter. The lock mechanism will have to be reoaired ir replaced. Conclusion: looks nice but looks are only one part of the picture. It has to work reliably every time for years without failing. Don't buy it!
