great rye flour for flavorful sourdough and bread

This is a really nice dark rye flour if you're baking anything with depth of flavor. Hearty rye bread from this flour

This dark rye flour is finely milled and organic, so it makes a very nice loaf of rye bread. The flour is expensive compared to ordinary white flour, but mostly worth the cost if you check the price of rye bread at your grocery store, if you can even find it. Whole grains are healthier too.

Tasty and organic

My family very much likes a hearty rye bread. We used this dark rye flour in a loaf with cranberries and walnut, and it was fantastic. The flour has an excellent texture, and the taste is nutty with notes of malt. The bread and crunchy crust was a great addition to soup night! We couldn't be happier. It also makes us happy that it is organic. We are concerned by the contamination of foodstuffs with pesticides and try to incorporate organic options into our meals.
