Disappointed in how much they hold.

Since Walmart no longer carries the ceramic bowls that my daughter likes to use, she picked these to replace two that got broken. The ones that came are not as deep as they are reported to be. I measured 22 oz. of water and filled the bowls to the very edge and still had around 3 oz. left in my measuring cup. I am disappointed in the depth of these bowls.
