Not easy to get a replacement

This would had worked well for our clubhouse use but we discovered there was a break on the cover of the dispenser. As per Walmart too late to return or get a replacement. I do not like that policy for Walmart. We do not know how to get hold of the manufacturer %26 cannot get anything help from Walmart
