Black cartridge did not work

These were delivered on 11/14/25, I needed only the color cartridge at that time. But on 2/18/26, my black cartridge ran out. So I installed this black cartridge and kept getting an error message that it needed replaced. I put my original back in and it gave me the same msg. I knew it was empty already. I then replaced it again with the new cartridge and again I got the error message. I tried checking for paper jams, other problems, but there wasn't any other problems. I know these are refurbished cartridges and can have problems. I hope to get replacement or refund.

Waste of time and money

I purchased two of the 2-packs 4 months ago. The first color cartridge I used worked satisfactorily. Today, after the return limit has long since passed, I tried installing a black cartridge. My HP printer will not accept either of the two black cartridges that came in my order. It says "used or counterfeit" and requires me to change. My hands are stained with ink from handling these cartridges. They are worthless; plus it is inconvenient since I now have to go to Office Depot to get HP products. I love my printer and don't want to replace it. But the 61 ink cartridges are difficult to find and more expensive. Don't try to save money by buying these aftermarket products.
