A size Large fits me perfect with a little extra room. i like my clothes a bit loose so a Large fit me like I prefer but I could honestly wear a size Medium. I love these so much that I'm buying all 3 colors in size Medium and in size small since my weight loss journey is still in full swing until I reach my 135 lb goal. these tunics are so comfy i ordered several colors. they are cool and super stretchy the bottom is cut in an oval to hide your belly and keep it loose fitting. i normally wear an xl size 14 but they run bigger xl is 16/18 so keep this in mind. i live in my t shirts and make good sleep shirts too you won't go wrong with these.
