I love this pan. I used it tonight to saute my veggies and other aromatics before dumping into the soup pot. I like these bigger pans because there's more cooking surface allowing for better browning. The smaller sizes mean you have to cook less at a time in order to avoid steaming your food due to being over-crowded.
