I was led to believe that these were dealt batteries.When, in fact, they were not, there were some knockoff that this company produced

What I disliked was not the product that is still carried but the personnel assigned to correspond to rectify the loss of part of that order. The package was seriously damaged in shipment where one of the two items shipped was lost in transit. Upon informing them and showing photos of the delivered package to prove only one item was delivered they asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I identified I wanted to replace the ONE missing battery they sent (i.e. the upgraded battery they actually sent) only to have them tell me the product was no longer available. They did refund half of sale price but that's NOT what I responded or expected. I immediately went online only to discover they still produce the 4.8Ah 14.4 battery and that it was still available. So be careful as they do not READ your words causing miscommunication with customer and giving WalMart a poor reputation. That person doesn't know their products as it was still in inventory available for shipment (i.e., the upgraded product they filled my order with initially). Now I'll have to reorder that replacement battery all over because they couldn't read my response properly but made assumptions and errors in that process. All they had to do was send the replacement battery as was originally shipped but no they had to confuse it with a part that isn't made instead of the actual REPLACEMENT ORDER SHIPPED. WalMart management should demote or fire that person as they are incompetent!
