Front Left Window Regulator - Compatible with 1997 - 2004 Dodge Dakota 1998 1999 2000 2001 2002 2003

The regulator appeared to be an exact match on first inspection. Upon closer inspection I discovered that several mounting holes were not tapped. 1/4 inch Pop rivets had been included which may have matched up with other vehicle applications for this part.(These type of rivets require a heavier rivet tool, check your tool first. The old rivet shanks need to be knocked out with a pin punch and then the old pop rivet can be drilled out with the correct size drill to remove the rivet.)I tapped the holes and installation went smoothly. *** Be careful when installing the motor to the regulator, the arms of the reglator are very sharp, I cut my hand twice on a sharp edge.
