My daughter is really into Matcha. I know it's trendy, but I've never had it - so this was the perfect opportunity to try it. We followed the instructions on the package. 1. I tried it with cold milk and water. Not for me, but I get the appeal. 2. I tried it with hot milk and water. This is for me! I really liked the smooth taste. It is vanilla-ey, but not overpowering. It is sweet, but not store creamer sweet. It's perfect, smells great, and is something I'd likely purchase.
