Disappointed

Purchased this tree end of season 2022. I didn't inspect the tree. I put it away . Last year Christmas 2023 I opened the box there was no instructions. As I was setting it up the many of the branches came off. I can't say for sure but it seemed to me it was a returned. I did email them about it but they said there was nothing they can do about it since it was over 30 days. disappointed as I put it up this year and some of the branches came off. Most likely I will take it to thrift store after this season.
