Ms. Rachel and Herbie Baby and Toddler Casual Sneaker by Stride Rite Munchkin

This is the best deal in town. I really hope Walmart continues with this Stride Rite collab for a few more years! The shoes are well made, cute, comfy, and good for chubby feet. I have bought several pairs of these Stride Rites from Walmart for my grandson, starting with the early walkers and now that he is two, he wears the sneakers. They are so easy to slip on a wiggly toddler and secure well with the velcro straps. He saw these colorful Miss Rachel ones and insisted on wearing them around the house immediately. They are so affordable as well. My daughter accidentally took her son's shoes with her to work in her car, and I was able to order a pair of these and have them delivered by the time he woke from his nap. It doesn't get any better than that. Off to the park we went.

I bought these for my two year old granddaughter. While I was raising my own kids my mother-in-law always told me that Stride Rite was the best shoe for toddlers. The soles are flexible and the toes are rounded so their toes can spread out when they walk or play. Their toes don't get squished together like many athletic shoes for kids. My granddaughter loves them because they have a picture of Ms. Rachel on them. I will definitely be looking for more Stride Rites at Walmart.
