Precautions
1. To prevent electric shock and electromagnetic interference, please ensure the power supply is equipped with leakage protection and the chassis is properly grounded!
2. If the pump needs to be stopped/emergency stopped during filling, press the CLEAR button or turn off the power switch. After an emergency stop, please restart and perform a test before resuming operation!
3. The gravimetric filling machine uses a C3-grade load cell. Overloading is strictly prohibited, as it may cause permanent deformation of the sensor! Please avoid fan, air conditioning, or any airflow interference during filling.
4. Please keep the machine away from other high-power equipment to prevent electromagnetic interference.
5. This product features a food-grade gear pump, suitable for food filling but NOT for corrosive materials such as acids or alkalis. It is not designed for flammable or explosive substances - customers handling such materials should choose alternative products.
6. It must be cleaned and tested before the first use. During the test, pay attention to the water capacity of the container and familiarize yourself with it before starting to use it.
7. When filling food-grade products, they should be washed and sterilized with hot water at a temperature of over 60℃ before and after use.
8. Due to production requirements for testing, there will be a small amount of liquid remaining in the pumps and pipes.
