Well packaged. Most all tools included (did not include 1 larger Allen wrench), I had a set of Allen wrenches available. Assembly was easy and took about an hour even with me making any minute adjusted to better suit my riding style and preferences. Pedals could have used a little more lubricant but this is also easily disregarded.
