Bought through Walmart.com because it advertised free returns but in reality - it's still Bed, Bath, %26 Beyond that needs to approve the return, may or may not provide a refund, and you're responsible for return shipping. I asked for a price match when stools went on sale within 24 hours of my purchase and they refused since I bought through Walmart. (stools are still on sale weeks later but they refuse to match THEIR OWN price!) At the discounted price, the stools are ok.. I sent pictures of imperfections on 5 out of 6 stools and they offered me a $10 refund (spent $450 on 6 stools ). Then they completely ghosted me for weeks when I asked for a supervisor. Can't even get their measly $10 refund at this point! BBB customer service is just shockingly terrible. I will NEVER purchase online through them!
