This is probably one of my favorites. It's bold yet never bitter. It also pairs well with milk without masking any flavor.

Got this blend in my sampler box for the month; enjoyed it quite a bit, but the citrus notes threw me for a bit of a loop. They did not blend very well with the chocolate taste I got from the coffee, which made for an odd tasting batch the first time I had it. It took some getting used to, but I did warm up to it eventually. I'd consider buying a different blend from this roaster, but the taste is definitely acquired.
