The 13-watt light bulb has a long neck shape and a brightness of 900 lumens and a 40-degree beam angle that makes it ideal for security use. The estimated yearly energy cost is $1.56, based on a 3-hour use per day equaling 11/kWh (costs depend on rates and use). This dimmable light bulb has an average life of up to 22.8 years, so there is no need to constantly replace it. It has a medium base, is wet rated and is suited for indoor and outdoor use. Great product.
My husband and I really like the light first thing we like about it is that it is LED which means it uses less electricity. My husband also noticed that it doesn't get as hot as other flood lights which is also a plus. Also we noticed that it is very bright definitely plan to get more like it. Well made and performing bulb
I plan to use this for 20 to 30 years of outdoor use, if life expectancy can be believed, should at least pass the eyeball test which did many others did not. The 3,000K color temperature seems to be current sweet spot of energy efficiency and reducing outdoor light pollution. Sylvania lists as infrared and UV free. Well so much for what you can't see but can hurt you. Also the lower temperature greatly reduces amount of blue light that lights up the night sky. Light dispersion is good without too bright center or strange projected patterns. Higher temperature lights with more blue seem to illuminate better because of the unnatural look. This lights equally well without the glare and minimizes light pollution.

I would definitely buy this product again!!
I love how bright this bulb is compared to my previous one. It light's up more area and uses less energy. I was not aware of the Sylvania Ultra Line LED Light Bulb, PAR38, Warm White, 120 WE, E26 before I got this one, but I'm glad I got it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
