I bought my husband the iPhone 14 to replace his old XR for his 78th birthday. They operate the same way so nothing different to learn. It operates much quicker than the old one. He just had difficulty with connecting his hearing aids which took a trip to his representative for a quick adjustment because it was trying to connect to both old and new phones.

I got it premium, and it was in PERFECT condition. I've had it for a couple weeks now and honestly I would believe it was brand new. If you're on the fence about it, I would do it, but recommend spending the little extra money for premium just to be sure!

This phone arrived in a timely manner and in great condition. Since I was traveling, I just got it activated with AT&T. One thing to note for other buyers and DIY types. I backed up everything to iCloud but restoring from the iCloud backup is confusing. I spoke with Apple Support and they walked me through it. Everything I read said that you need to erase everything on the iPhone in order to restore the backup. Since I'd just activated the phone, I wasn't sure whether I wanted to do that. You need to choose the "Erase all but preserve the eSIM" option and then you can restore your iCloud backup. Nowhere in Apple's online support info does it tell you how to do this - it assumes you will just bring it to an Apple Store.
