These are both my 6 year old daughter's as well as my new FAVORITE cookies. My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes over this past summer so finding foods she can eat that are low in sugar and carbs has been a challenge. It was the only one i could find that i could have. I have also tried this brands graham crackers and those are amazing too !
