AC Pacific Corporation will pay all repairs or replacement and all shipping costs from the retailer to our own designated Service Center for a period of one year from date of purchase to the original retail customer. Fabric is warranted against seams, fraying and dye transfer. This warranty does not cover any fabric with a pile or soft texture such as velvets against crushing or “shading effects”. This is the nature of any fabric with a texture and is considered normal and is in no way a defect.

Look somewhere else
Very poor quality build. Some reviews giving many stars are not honest. No matter how many times you try, the chair is wobbly. Hole precision is poor. Instructions show spring washers, found none in the package. Material used is poor quality. Padding is not that puffy. Fewer springs (only 3) than other similar chairs which have 5. The plastic pads under the feet are very poor quality, they will probably break after a handful of uses.
