The wrist and thumb spica splint arrived very quickly after I ordered it. I mainly wear it at night. I ordered a small size for my right hand since my measurements fell on the lower end ot the measurements for the small size. But the extra small might have worked since my measurements were at the upper spectrum of that size and the small seems just a little big especially at the thumb area. I just tighten this one as much as possible and it still gives good support for my hand and thumb.

XS fit just right. Comfortable and good thumb guard. Easy to surface clean. The straps are a little long though, I trimmed them but it would be nice to have more surface for the velcro
