It can be used for hot or cold to take away pressu

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually have a lot of headaches from sinus infections. I was hesitant but once I tried this Headache Relief Cap, it helped me a lot from taking off the pressure from my forehead and face. I like that I can use it hot or cold. Great idea. It's comes in a neat package where it's easy to store in a bag when not in use.

Helpful if you have frequent headaches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get migraines pretty frequently and this cap has been really helpful. I like the cool option and the light compression seems to help as well. There is no odor to trigger the headache further, and it is easy to store without taking up a ton of room
