Beautiful wok

This is one of the most beautiful pans I have ever seen, it is esthetically pleasing to say the least. I seasoned it as instructions and so far so good. You can was this in the dish washer, but I prefer to hand wash it, to preserve it's beauty. It is also huge. I love it for cooking vegetables like fresh spinach or cabbage that start off fluffy and fall out of a regular pan. They stay put and are easy to manage. I love this pan, it has become my go to pan for anything on the stove top

Great Wok. Stands up to the Manufacturer's claims

I must admit that I was very skeptical of the claims made by the manufacturer. However, we found this wok to be top quality and stood up to all the claims made about it. My wife stir fried some green beans in it first, and she loved it. I decided to try it to make my scrambled egg "mess". I used a metal spoon just because they said you could. First, I fried up some vegetables, hash browns, bacon, and ham. Then I added eggs. When the eggs were done, I added the cheese and turned the heat off. Eggs and cheese usually make for a tough clean up. That was not the case. Although, I did use steel wool to test the manufacturer's claims, I didn't need to. Clean up was very easy and the steel wool didn't bother a bit, as the metal spoon didn't seem to bother it, either. We are very happy with this addition to our kitchen.
