So far seems to be good. I use it outside on my covered porch for the neighborhood cat that likes to hang out at my house. Since it is getting cold outside, I put it on top of a heated pet pad. The only issue I had was actually getting it. Took several weeks to receive it. Was initially supposed to arrive within several days; that turned into weeks.
