Sent a lemon then sat on the return for a week

Walmart sent me a lemon then sat on the return for well over a week. Within a few hours of getting the new computer set up it was 100% BSOD stating the processor couldn't be recognized and the machine would need repaired. Possibly could have repaired but a $2400 computer shouldn't be telling you it needs repaired before you've done more than download some updates. Had it at FedEx less than 24 hours after receiving it. Return still not processed even though they signed first thing on 11th. I should have returned it and if this goes on much longer, that's what's going to happen. I had plans for the new PC last weekend but, nope, assumed they would happen this weekend, but also nope. Can Walmart handle getting a working PC to someone in under a month? Who knows?
