Best overall incontinence brief

These overnite briefs are great to use day and night. I use them for my husband who is totally incontinent. They hold much more urine than any other I have used without leaking. I add a men's incontinence pad at night for added protection. The sides of the brief allow for air circulation and therefore will wet the washable incontinent pads under neath my husband. I highly recommend these briefs.
