Quality Issues
The set arrived in 3 separate boxes. The bench seat was the first one I opened. I could not assemble it because the holes on one side did not align. It's impossible to get the screws all the way in. Switching the legs didn't matter. Walmart does not handle any product issues so I had to contact the manufacturer. They did acknowledge receipt of my email and photos in a timely manner. But I still don't have a resolution on whether they'll ship a whole new bench or I have to return the entire set. I opened the other boxes and, without pulling everything apart in case I have to return the whole set, those pieces seem to look OK. Just know if you have any quality issues or damages, it's going take you a while to get it resolved. My outcome is TBD.
