I have to say delivery was quick and Lilypelle was so helpful with communication. I was originally looking for a ebike. however, this bike was so cute. had to return because my husband bought the wrong bike. looking at it, and the way it is made I would recommend using this bike and company. thank you for all the great communication. the color was the same as shown. looks very sturdy. wish it was a e bike. but if I was going for a regular bike this would be it. though it was not assembled I'll have to give it 5 stars my husband said if you know what you're doing it'll be easy.

Good shimano derailer and brakes. Basket cheap. Arrived with bent fork that holds wheel! Will be careful when riding to see how long it lasts.
