I ordered on 10/25. was supposed to be here on 11/4. on 11/4 the expected by date changed to 11/7-11/12. On the 5th I cancelled the order. Pending charge came off my account. On the 7th, the status changed to shipped and our card was charged. I called because my engagement photos were on the 8th and he said "the ring shipped". On the 12th, there was still no ring or valid tracking. on the 13th he said his shipping department lost it. still had to dispute charges through wal mart and my bank and just now, on the 17th, got my money back.
