Microwave: Heat chocolate in a microwave safe container at medium power (50%) for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. Stir until bowl no longer feels warm. Continue heating at 15-30 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Store in a cool and dry place.

Strawberries, blueberries, bananas or by themselfs. I love the dark rich flavor and smooth silky texture. I bet they are wonderful in brownie's or cookies. Sadly I will never know. enjoy
