You get what you pay for
Arrived on time. The vacuum is priced well but they need to improve the floor attachment, it is cheaply made. It does well on bare floors but to use on carpets is the downfall. I also think the power cord should be longer. For the money I suppose it's not bad. But I'm a deep cleaner and was not impressed on the results when using on carpet
