Great Product but Poor Instructions %26 One Filter

For one dog, I clean and refill weekly. He is a very picky Bichon, but he loves this water delivery. He was gun-shy of it the first day; now, he loves it. It suits this size dog and weekly timing, but I would not recommend it for a larger dog (get a larger vessel). The only issue I have with it is the assembly. The video is a very poor explanation of assembly. It is a great assembly process once you figure it out. It is the 'figuring it out' that they don't explain. If they did, I would give this a 5 out of 5. I'll change from a 4 for the item to a 5, and grade the seller for poor instructions. The bowl is adequately sized for one small or miniature dog. It does not come with more than one filter; it should come with more filters. The cord is short, but the battery is supposed to be rechargeable. I don't know about that, as I keep it plugged in and have not relied upon the battery. Extra filters are recommended; the seller should supply extras with the unit.

Very Nice Addition!

It is chargeable, meaning you don't have to have it plugged into an outlet to work, enabling you to place it where you want it to be. So far, the battery life has been good - three days since I turned it on and it's still going strong. The fact that it circulates the water and does have a filter is very nice, meaning I can have a lot more water out for my cat. It also elevates the drinking surface, meaning my cat doesn't have to lean down to the floor to drink, but can more comfortably drink at face height.
