Great for the Price

As mentioned by other reviewers, I bought this knife primarily to cut foam, so did not want to spend much money. It is an excellent cutting tool, the blades are very sharp and it handles well. It cut nice clean lines in the foam, so would assume it would do the same with any food item. It is easy to insert and release the blades. There's a locking safety feature which I like. The handle is easy to hold and not too heavy. I am pleased with the performance of this knife and recommend it.
