Obsessed then I washed it

I fell in love with this on a trip to London and absolutely loved this unfortunately, when I got home and washed it on, gentle in cold water and laid it flat to dry the material puckered and bubbled I'm so disappointed because I'm in Canada and I don't know how to return this

Just don't ever wash it

Bought this and it quickly became my favourite item! Absolutely gorgeous sweater and got so many compliments. However, ive washed it and it is now a baggy, crinkled mess. Washed on 30 degree, ironed and nothing gets the creases out. It doesn't even feel like the same material! Absolutely gutted as it was so expensive and I loved it!
