Horrible service, no excuses for it
The product was fine, the Walmart experience is unsatisfactory. I ordered from Walmart and they were supplied directly from a 3rd party vendor. When they arrived, I found that the gold lining inside the shades cast a very yellow tone throughout the room, so I returned them at a local Walmart store. Several days later, they arrived at my house AGAIN! When I return them, I specifically told the WM Svc agent that they were 3rd party Walmart purchase. She said fine. And then....well, here we go again. I will need to return these one more time, and hopefully the next Svc agent will not be asleep during the transaction.
