Product junk, warranty even more junk

quit working after 2 months, support claimed they could not honor the warranty because the product (and apparently all other similar products) were sold out. They also claimed they could not refund any money because they are just the supplier they don't handle any funds. I guess they just give all of their junk to walmart without any compensation.
