Short-lived enjoyment.
Weathers poorly. Mine only lasted 2 seasons. Wood swells and sags loosening bottom supports and then all of the staples holding it together start to fail. If hoping to use for more than a season or two, I would recommend using a wood sealer, reinforcing with screws and lining it with sheet plastic before filling with soil. But then that just adds to the cost of this planter.
