After the Hungry Dog

A New York jazz musician, stranded in St. Petersburg, Russia, shortly after the collapse of the Soviet Union. A folk singer who plays with a group of street musicians and cares only about the voices of the birds she hears in her head. A gangster who talks about art and culture, but may be behind a series of murders. These three cross paths in a city on the edge of chaos, ready to either be reborn or eat itself alive.
