as good as expensive name brands

I was hesitant about getting an off-brand charcoal release. when I receive this. The first thing I noticed was the very good quality. It is equal to the many name brand products I looked at. This is very well built and solid. The release handle works great. The cheaper brands when you dump charcoal have embers coming up. This one is much safer in my opinion. I noticed no influx of embers as it was dumped in the grill using the handle. Overall, for the price, this us a winner. I am very happy with this product. I feel that this product is much better than the heat and dump models, and as good as name brand products. Excellent value!
