It's a really nice watch the band has a secure latch. My husband really likes it. We love that it lights up at night or glows in the dark however, you see it. The only thing we really didn't like was you have to wind it up by hand unless you wear it a lot, my husband takes it off at the end of the day and he doesn't wear it in the house so he's always having to wind it up
