May Be a Fitness Gimmick - But it Works!

I thought this was overkill, until I tried it and found this really works and makes the tough task of ab-rolling much more safe, ergonomic and efficient. It's still tough, and engages the muscles, but the spring helps you return to the start position without tweaking your back. The results are obvious in days. Love it!
