Honey-Can-Do Folding Single Rod Metal Rolling Clothes Rack, Chrome

Through my job, I have been exposed to a variety of garment racks from a range of price points (14.99 to 100.00) and am all too accustomed to the rack buckling under a little or a medium amount of weight, therefore being completely ineffective. This time, I needed something that would fold or collapse when I wanted it to for storage but that would still be sturdy enough to hold sweaters or coats, but with my bad experiences with so many that collapse even when I don't want them to, I was weary of this folding garment rack. It turns out that this rack has been the best designed one I have ever used and has not shown any signs of breaking down, even when the bar was full of sweaters or coats. I have already bought another and would not hesitate to buy again if needed. It also folds easily to fit underneath even a low bed or sofa. I would much rather pay this price for a rack that works than the same or less (or more, in some cases) for one that doesn't! One tiny thing worth mentioning is that the assembly is a little involved, but I think that's part of the reason it is so sturdy--because the design was really well thought out and not overly simplified. It took me about 30 minutes, though I didn't find it especially difficult. Also, very, very few plastic elements, and from what I remember, absolutely none on weight-bearing joints. Excellent product!
