50 CFM Ceiling Exhaust Fan with Light and Heater

We remodeled our bathroom and decided to replace our 33 year old bathroom exhaust fan/heater/light combination as part of the remodel project. Honestly, it was not easy to find a combination unit that performed all three functions - fan, light, and heater. This unit was one of the few available. It functions as we would expect it to function. It is much quieter than our 33 year old fan. The heat it puts out warms the bathroom quickly. Our only complaint would be that the flipper built into the unit that connects to the roof exhaust vent makes a 'click, click' noise when the wind blows. This was quite annoying to hear when trying to get to sleep. We were able to fix that by installing a second flipper in the exhaust line that was closer to the roof. All said - we are very satisfied with this unit.
