I love the height as I'm 5'9" and most don't even touch my mech but this massages the back of my neck as well. it stated you can lay on it but it struggles to work with the weight on it so i don't use it like that anymore. My husband loves it and doesn't want to give it back as i bought it for my office chair.

Great Massager

Absolutely amazing massager Pros:  very well made and the power is "great"  in that the massager does not bog down with "any" kind of pressure, Possible Cons: it's thick ( 2" to 2 1/2" depending how you measure) It takes up a good amount of space on a seat. I have it on my recliner and I have to sit forward and upright in the chair. I put it on my dining room chair and had little space left to sit. :(( It's possible to recline on this massager but for me I needed 2" foam and it was still very intense. (I'm sensitive) It does not go up and down; it's stationary but it's reversible in action and that's a plus. Thoughts:  this massager is really great. So much better than expected. I'm 5'5" and at various positions it reaches my entire neck and top shoulder or it reaches to the base of my neck and shoulder and wow is it amazing. You'll truly be surprised🥰
